Yudel Tattoo Deposit and Appointment Policy

By paying a deposit, clients agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.

Deposit Requirements: A non-refundable and transferable deposit is required for all tattoo services. For services booked online or for walk-in clients where the tattoo is quoted over $500, a deposit amounting to 50% of the quoted price is required. For walk-in clients receiving tattoos quoted below $500, a deposit of $50.26 is necessary. This deposit amount is unique to walk-in bookings and differs from the online deposit rate. The payment of the deposit, whether made online or in person, signifies the client's agreement to this policy.

Payment of Balance: Upon the completion of the tattoo service, the client is obligated to settle the remaining balance. This balance is subject to adjustment based on any design changes implemented on the day of the appointment.

Use and Application of Deposit: The deposit is fully credited towards the final cost of the tattoo upon its completion. Clients are permitted to reschedule appointments with no loss of the deposit, provided they give at least 72 hours of advance notice. Failure to provide such notice, or rescheduling more than once, will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit.

Appointment Confirmation and Cancellation: Picasso Arte LLC commits to confirming all scheduled appointments. If an appointment cannot be confirmed or if a client fails to show up, the company reserves the right to cancel the appointment and retain the full deposit. Regarding COVID-19 related issues, clients unable to attend their appointments due to pandemic-related circumstances will not forfeit their deposits. Such appointments may be rescheduled to a more suitable date without any deposit loss.

Artist Availability: Deposits are made to Picasso Arte LLC, not to an individual artist. Should an artist disassociate from the company, the deposit will not be refunded. However, it can be used for a session with another available artist at Wailana Tattoo.

Design Changes: Alterations to the tattoo design may incur additional costs and could necessitate rescheduling the appointment. In such scenarios, the existing deposit will be applied to the new appointment and associated design and material changes. Clients who decide against proceeding with the tattoo or choose not to reschedule will forfeit their deposit.

Agreement and Policy Changes: This policy represents the complete agreement between Picasso Arte LLC DBA Yudel Tattoos and its clients regarding deposits and appointments. Any modifications to this policy must be documented in writing and agreed upon by both parties involved. Clients must be at least 18 years of age to consent to this policy. Wailana Tattoo retains the right to amend this deposit policy at any time without prior notification.

Tattoo Finance Policy for Financing on Tattoos with Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm

We are pleased to offer flexible financing options through our trusted partners: Klarna, Afterpay, and Affirm. These providers offer a range of payment plans that allow our customers to split the cost of their tattoos into manageable payments. This policy outlines the terms and conditions of using Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm for financing your tattoo.

Eligibility

Klarna: Financing is available for tattoos costing between $600 and $30,000.

Afterpay: Financing is available for tattoos costing between $600 and $4,000.

Affirm: Financing is available for tattoos costing between $600 and $30,000.

Invoicing and Payment Processing We generate invoices through our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and process payments using Stripe.

When you choose to finance your tattoo with Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm, you will receive an invoice via email through our CRM system. This invoice will include all necessary payment details and instructions.

Flexible Financing Options

We are committed to making your tattoo experience as accessible and convenient as possible. That’s why we offer two flexible financing options through Klarna:

Full Amount Financing: Finance the total cost of your tattoo over a period of 6-36 months with interest rates that may vary based on your credit. This option allows you to enjoy your tattoo now and pay over time without an initial deposit.

50% Deposit Financing: Available for tattoos costing at least $1200. Pay a 50% deposit upfront (minimum $600) and finance the remaining balance over a period of 6-36 months with interest rates that may vary based on your credit. This option balances an initial commitment with manageable monthly payments.

Full Amount Financing: Ideal for those who want to spread the entire cost over time without an upfront payment.

How It Works - Tattoo Financing

Invoice Generation: Once you agree to the terms and conditions of financing your tattoo, an invoice will be generated through our CRM system. This invoice will be sent to your email address on file.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed through Stripe. This ensures secure and efficient handling of your financial information.

Payment Plans: Depending on the financing option you choose (Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm), you will be redirected to the respective service to complete your payment plan.

Pay Later in 30 Days: Receive your tattoo service now and pay in full within 30 days without any interest.

Monthly Financing: Spread the cost of your tattoo over 6-36 months with interest rates that may vary based on your credit.

Automatic Payments: Payments are automatically deducted from your linked bank account, debit card, or credit card based on the schedule you select.
